How big is Dayspring?
The weekly attendance count for both Sunday services combined averages 250 people (including children).
what are the services like?
Some people say that Dayspring's services feel non-denominational. Although they are casual, we do not want to lose an attitude of reverence toward God.
How long are the services?
A typical service is 1 hour & 15 minutes.
What is the music like?
Our worship is Christ-centered and God-honoring and our style is a mixture contemporary and traditional. We love the feel of contemporary worship, but we also love the rich theology found in the older hymns.
What should I wear?
God doesn't worry so much about what you wear ("Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." 1 Sam 16:7b), so we don't worry about it either. People wear anything from casual to "Sunday best." Of course, please dress modestly.
Does Dayspring have adult Sunday school?
Yes, at any given time during the year we may have one or more adult Sunday school classes going on concurrently. These occur in our first hour (at 9am during first service).
What are Community Goups?
Community groups are made up of 8-12 people. They are the places where people are personally encouraged and challenged in their relationship with God and each other.
Starting Point is a 10-week small group discussion environment for those seeking, starting, or returning to a relationship with God.
Divorce Care is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.
What is God's Power House (GPH)?
God's Power House is elementary-age children developing a strong spiritual foundation of Jesus's love for them, through films, worship, games, and Bible study. It is an action fun filled service aimed at this age level and their development to learn that Jesus is the source of real power to live a righteous life fulfilling God's purposes.
What is Gate7:14?
Gate7:14 is a place to fellowship with other teen's, worship to live music, hear Biblical truth that will meet you where you're at right now. Gate7:14 is a safe place to relate, ask questions, serve and grow in God."
What is Hawaii 5/6?
Hawaii 5/6 is our powerful ministry focused entirely on the 5th and 6th grade age group and designed to develop their Biblical wordview. It meets 9am on Sundays.
Does Dayspring have mid-week services?
We don't offer a corporate mid-week service because we encourage everyone to be a part of a community group, which, depending on which group fits your schedule, could be any night of the week. However, Gate7:14 and Awana (during school year only) do meet on wednesday nights.
Does Dayspring belong to a denomination?
We are a member of the Wesleyan denomination, however, our denomination is not the way we normally identify ourselves. We are Christians first and Wesleyans second.
How can I get to know other people at Dayspring?
Dayspring may look like a crowd at first glance, we're really a church of small groups. The best way to get to know others is to sign up for a community group. Go to the community group page for more information.
We also encourage you to plug in as a volunteer to serve with us on one of our ministry teams! We have many opportunities for people to get to know others while meeting the needs of our church and community! And don't forgot our world-famous pot lucks!

Children: Sunday School at 9am and God's Power House at 10:30am Sundays
Middle School: Hawaii 5/6 Sunday School at 9am
Youth: Sunday School at 9am and Gate7:14 Wednesdays at 6:15pm
